Hello, my twin girls just turned 3 years old! Only problem is, they don’t use the potty yet... my one is terrified of it and the other pretends to be scared just because her sister is scared. I know you have to wait till your kid is ready to potty train but I feel like it’s a lost cause. Obviously at some point they need to be potty trained but I just don’t know what to do anymore, I’ve tried everything but now I have a newborn who is obviously very needy and it’s hard to focus on all 3 kids at the same time without any help...

anyone else have trouble training their kiddos?

Is it too late to train them now?
