I’m 21 weeks pregnant I just got home from being out all day and sitting in car for four hours a little road trip with the family , I just got home and noticed my feet and ankles are swollen could this be from siting long periods of time (4 hour drive) and a lot of walking/standing through out the day also? I get worried with getting preeclampsia since I read it can appear all of a sudden 😰 today is the first time I have noticed swelling so I am thinking might be from today’s adventures I hope ?
