Vaginal Itching??

Someone please help! Omg is my vagina ever itchy..  I need some relief. 
I'm 7 days postpartum, and my vagina is suddenly really itchy. It's mostly around the lip area at the top and in the folds around my clitoris. 
Is this an infection? Or something from the water bottle? Does anyone else have this or know how to relief it?

I would think it’s the stitches healing.. and things just returning to normal. Look up witch hazel pads to make at home or I found some on amazon. Feels like cucumber on your eyes. Found out from a midwife About five days in, after packing a pad with them I felt normal and could walk straight too. Easier than sitting on an ice pack etc and actually felt like I was healing. Also great for eczema, haemorrhoids etc

I talked with my OB about it when this happened to me! It was stitches healing. She also warned me to be prepared for an odor for a few days when they start dissolving. It does get better after about the 3 week pp mark.

That happened to me!! Assuming it was just the stitch healing? It did go away but was soo annoying. Hope it gets better!

I found that I had irritation from wearing maternity pads and taking a break from them and just choosing a pair of underwear I didn't care about being ruined really helped

My guess would be hair growing back if you shave regularly. However if you do not, I would reach out to your OB/GYN to see what they think.

Yeast infection possibly? I'd purchase some Canestan Internal/External cream and see if that takes away.
For the time being get a shower / bath, soak your vagina and put abit of baby oil on afterwards, otherwise your skin will start to dry and crack from the itching which will make it painful
