Have you hidden a pregnancy? If so, how long did you hide it and how?

I'm in school, no job, I don't have insurance, and am living strictly off my savings. I dont think I'll qualify for state insurance either due to my savings account which is enough to get me through school (graduate in December). I'm also afraid of telling people and then having another miscarriage. I miscarried at 13 weeks a few years ago and everyone knew, telling everyone about the loss just made it harder so I'd rather stay silent anyway.

How am I or can I do this?
