Can I get advice

Ok so me an my husband been together for 4 years. An we always had each other social media an able to get on each other phones or whatever. An no it wasn’t for lurking purposes! It was more because we have kids an if one had my phone for YouTube the other will have there dad phone to watch YouTube or play games for a little. About social media we just use to hack each other be cute about it an just have that trust an everything. But now he have a problem with me having his social media an he changes his phone password maybe 2 months later after he give me his knew one. Am I being extra an should just let it go ? Or figure out what happen that it got to the point I can’t even get into anything ? No I don’t think he cheating but what women wouldn’t have that cross there mind because it was sudden ? I love him an trust him but why change an not tell me ! I feel like he could’ve been like listen I’m changing my passwords I feel like we don’t need each others because whatever his reason was !
