Baby eczema?

Question

Anyone have littles with eczema? My son is starting to get some on his back. What lotions are you using and how do you care for it? Only asking because I’ve never had an issue with it myself.

Milk baths, baby CeraVe (cream not lotion) Vaseline, and aquaphor.

We do neck to toe in Aquaphor twice a day.  It works best! We tried so much before the aquaphor

My daughter had probably the worst eczema ever. Our daycare teacher has eczema herself, so she has guided us thru (dr recommendations didn’t help AT ALL). 
Since 3 months old we’ve been using homemade goats milk & lavender essential oil soap (our daycare teacher makes it) and lathering up in Curel lotion- it has a blue emblem on the bottle saying it’s certified by the national eczema association.  
It’s helped SO much and has kept her from having terrible flare ups.

Coconut oil, cortisone 1% for eczema, lavender oil, and baby cerave. They only keep it at bay though, don’t know what else to do as well.
