My lactation consultant told me 2 oz a feeding for my 9 day old! I feed 8 times a day/every three hours. My baby just made it back at her birth weight, if yours is under you could feed more.

As much as your baby would need with how often you're pumping/direct feeding. So if you do every 3 hours itd be 3-4.5 ounces.
