I would be careful you can get false positive or negative results if testing too early. I got a false positive . If you look at accuracy not most accurate before missed period

If you want the earliest positive possible, it needs to be the first pee after waking up.
You can certainly get a positive at another time of day, but it wouldn't show up as soon. So for example, a woman taking a test every day using first morning urine would find out she was pregnant days before a woman taking a test every day in the afternoon or some other time.

You can, but like the other commenter said your HCG is more concentrated in the morning so best to do it with your first morning urine.
