Ttc and trying to get toned...

So last month after over a 1year of trying I had finally conceived but the exitment didnt last long, few days after finding out I was pregnant I had a miscarriage. While I'm doing better and we started trying again a week after the miscarriage. And my symptoms are back and my menstrual hasn't started but I havent taken a test yet because I want to wait a few more weeks. But I also want to know because I want to tone out a bit for military ball in November. I'm not someone who works out daily or even weekly. Anyone have any tips on how i would start with out overdoing it?
