I am on the pill and I have been having abnormal bleeding exactly halfway through my pack. This month, the bleeding is really heavy and full of clots. My stomach has been super swollen even when I haven't eaten. I have been for an ultrasound and the doctor said nothing was abnormal. She suggested I up my dose but I have a lot of other health issues that could potentially get worse if I do. Should I go ahead and up my dose or could something else be wrong?
