Hey all so for the past two days uterus or lower abs have been feel swollen or full. I can’t explain it. Kinda like i have a full bladder. Anyone know what this is?? It’s mainly on the left side.

Also I’ve been gassy. I don’t know if that is anything lol but it kinda relieves the uncomfortableness for a few seconds.

It’s a little tender to the touch.

Also, I haven’t had rough sex in a while so it’s not due to that. It feels similar though. I’m about a week away from period and never had this as a symptom.
