I just had a miscarriage last month. I was barely 5 weeks pregnant.  I took this ovulation test like 5 mins ago.😲 could this be accurate?

You definitely could be. You can ovulate 2 weeks after miscarrying. However, you can also have hormones left from pregnancy. I had positive LH tests for a few weeks after miscarrying. Can't hurt to try if you think your body is ready.
