When I forget I just wait until the next day and carry on as normal. Set a timer on your phone to remind you!

Doubling up if done often can lead to a toxic amount of one of the vitamins. I cant remember off the top of my head which one but thats what my OB said. Baby will be fine if you miss one day here or there as long as you are eating and the baby is getting nutrients.
