Hi all, needing a bit of advice on whether this is normal or not and if not what could it mean

So here is a bit of back story

I stopped breast feeding my first son in January/February, my period started back in February this was just a normal period for me, I then had 'normal' periods March April and May. I tried to conceive in May using donor sperm via home insemination, however in June I got my period, however this was slightly different from normal.. It was slightly lighter than usual but was too heavy for implantation bleeding and had clots in it also kept getting negative pregnancy tests so in June I tried to conceive again but July came and so did af... Again this was really light but again negative pregnancy tests....

This month I didnt try again as I am going to have a bit of a break I am now on day 2 of my August period but all I have had since the start of my period is brown blood, it is a light flow, that is quite thick not light my usual watery red blood

Not sure what is happening 😔

Anyone able to advise

(going to the doctors on Thursday, just thought I would ask on here while I wait for appointment)
