Has anyone done Tummy Tuck surgery and is pregnant 🤰🏻?

I am 38+2 today and I had done gastric bypass 14 years ago, then Tummy Tuck 11 years ago and breast implant 10y ago.
I’m pretty tall (1.81m / 5’11) and have big hips, and all surgery and I didn’t starting to showing until 5 months, now I do have some bely but I am wondering if my baby will “go down/engaged) and if I will be able to delivery normal by vaginal or only C-Section? 
I try to google and found out many mothers pregnant and some comments about delivery all were C-Section.
I live in Sweden 🇸🇪 
where C-Section is not that common and only with doctor request you can do it. We follow all pregnancy with midwifes and the delivery if no problem as well, you will NOT see a doctor/Ob-Gyn, etc. as well you can only go to hospital when it’s 5cm dilated or 3 contractions every 10min. 
If the water breaks and you have no contractions, they can wait until 72h before inducing ... yes they are very NATURAL here hahaha what is great is many ways, but they don’t have much experience with plastic surgeries the midwife I contact so far, so I’m just wondering if someone has some experience and want to share! 
As well, can barely wait for my first baby and to DISCOVERY if it’s a BOY or GIRL ! So anxious by now! 🥰🤰🏻

Since now I had delivery my babe I can tell my experience! 
from Sunday to Tuesday evening I was having some “cramps/colics” but was no pattern, was every 30min-3h apart and weren’t so strong so I thought, well may be just some Braxton-Hicks....
But I was very sure my babe would come on Wednesday- don’t asked me why, but I knew since the week before! - so I did went for a walk and on my way back, the pain in the back start but soon faded away, that was 20:30.
From there till 23:00 was minor cramps and almost no pain at back...
I went to shower and relax and when I left 23:30 I notice the cramps were coming every 2-3 min and duration on 30 sec - so not too long. I call the hospital and they told me to take 2 ibuprofen and go to bed couz would take a while yet, since they were short and I could breath through them and wasn’t too hard.
I didn’t want to wake up my partner, so I was walking at home, using the Pilato’s ball, or just breathing when the pain came by.
At 01:00am I was tired and told myself: maybe I should try to lay down! 
At 01:20 the cramps were stronger and were lasting 30-40sec and my partner wake up with me moving so much... I told him the pain has started and so he warm up the patch and put at my back - really helpfull! 
So we were monitoring the pain until 2am when got longer 50sec but was coming every 4-5min, so was weird that was longer and no shorter ... at 2:20 they continue like this but then lastint 60-70sec and then were stronger - I was really feeing more pain but still could breath... we call the hospital and they allow us to come by.
3am - we arrived and I told I was with contractions every 3min lasting 1min and they said: ok, lay here and we will monitor you for 20min before checking the dilatation. I said: 
- I want epidural, can’t you check already so we can be at queue at the doctor? 
- sorry, I’m 20 min...
Well, guess what, after 20min and 8-9 contractions she comeback to check me, couz I was in pain and asked for...
And voila! 
“ good news, you are 8cm! But oh sorry we can’t have epidural, it’s too late for it, but we will give you some laugh gas! “
 
That was 3:30... the pain grown and grown and by 4:15 I was 10cm BUT my baby was still inside the water and was too high, I asked them to pull the babe or broken the water but NO, we need to wait the babe to come as it’s the course and to be at water is good for him...
I asked for more painkillers and they increased the gas.... 
At 5am, I was crying or pain and the babe finally starting coming down! I asked for more pain killers! 
I faith the first time (they said I had inhale too much gas 😱🤪🤘🏼) 
- Oh we can give you a local injection if you want! 
-OFC I dooooo, don’t you notice yet? 🙄
By 5:20 the water broke
By 5:25 I had the 2 injections 
And at 5:37 I could hold my babe at my arms!!
Buuuut then the nightmare is not over! The placenta wouldn’t come down! 
Well I had to go to the surgery room and take epidural to remove the placenta and lost 2l of blood - Yeap, so much for “taking the pain and have natural birth” and take the epidural for the placenta 🙄🙄
But now we are all good at home! The bad part is due to the blood lost, lack of iron, I’m not able to breastfeed, we are massagin, pumping few times a day but now he is 10
Days old and I still only get 10-15ml every 3-4h! While he need 60-70 ml by this time... buuuut at least he is Getting some of my milk, and that is helpful for sure...
But now I know it’s possible to delivery natural BUT took too long for him to go down, maybe the tummy tuck has anything to do with or not, will not know, but yeah, he is at my arms now!

I had the sleeve and no tummy tuck however iv been researching a lot as well because I have heard that once you have WLS you cannot give birth vaginally however, The more I read, iv learned that you can! Some doctors worry that the pressure of pushing will cause some kind of issue with the procedure done however there have been many women that have had vaginal births without issues. My OB is letting me try it normally but is prepared to do a c section if needed.

My Aunty had gastric bypass only a couple of years before she fell pregnant with her son. He engaged and came spontaneously. She had him vaginally.
