Has anyone ever had a subchorionic haemorrhage and is/was your baby okay?

Midwife sent me for an early scan because I had a small amount of spotting. I thought it was normal in early pregnancy but she said I have to be checked. They found this bleeding next to the baby, it looked like twins on the ultrasound, 2 circles the same size but 1 is filled with blood and the other is the gestational sac?

They didn’t mention any increased risks but said I have to be scanned every 2 weeks! I stupidly googled this and now I’m terrified I’m going to miscarry!
