Me and my fiance are expecting our second child in January, the problem we have run into is I between rent, bills, and a high daycare copay for our almost 4 yr old we dont have really any extra to put towards getting the items the baby will need. I know that WIC has a program to get a free carseat voucher and I'm planning to make an appointment to see if I'll qualify, but are there any other similar things that I can look into that will help with cost?
