What’s going on?

So I got a positive pregnancy test. My period is due tomorrow. I called my ob yesterday and got blood work done but they said my hcg levels were low. What could this mean?

Answer

You could have ovulated later and arent that far along. Unless you start bleeding try your best to not panick. They told me the same thing and put me on light duty for a threatened miscarriage. And I had to go back every 2 days for bloodwork. Turns out I was almost 2 weeks earlier than they thought. I'm now 14 weeks and baby and I are perfectly healthy.

Answer

Completely normal when you get your BFP before your missed period. Mine was only 24 at 10DPO (5 days before my missed period). As long as it doubles that’s what matters. You shouldn’t expect it to be high when you find out early so I wouldn’t worry hun! It’s a blessing and a curse because I found out at 3w2d and I’m 6 weeks today and I feel like I’ve been pregnant forever already haha
