Ok. Here's the deal. It took fertility meds to get pregnant for both of my boys. I'm 10000% sure my family is complete. So much so my husband has a consultation appointment for a vasectomy 3 days after my 6 week postpartum follow up. The literature we received from the urologists office said the vasectomy is not compete (sperm live forever) for about 8 weeks post procedure- and we dont have an actual procedure date yet. I'm not going to have sex till my 6 week appointment because I tore.

Here's my question- what should we do for birth control? I hated the pill. I dont like how condoms feel. Realizing it took meds to conceive, would OPKs be sufficient? My periods are all over the place and I typically dont get them for months at a time.

What would you do?
