How to get rid of headaches?

Well I couldn’t handle it anymore and took some Tylenol. The recommended dose was 2. I started with one and it was still bad so I took another a few hours later. I also had to eats some tums because the heartburn was killing me. Any more natural ways to get rid of headaches and heartburn? Thank you!

Not really a treatment but preventively I’ve realized most of the times i have a headache it’s because I didn’t drink enough water the day before/that day. Dehydration has been the biggest factor for most of my pregnancy discomforts especially headaches! My doctor told me I should be drinking about 120-150 ozs of water a day and I notice a huge difference in how I feel when I do that compared to drinking less.

Peppermint oil. You can buy it cheap on amazon. Put it on ur forehead to get rid of headaches.
