So I’ve been planning a tattoo for what feels like forever. The problem is I talked to an artist almost three months back and he seemed into what I wanted but I never set an appointment and sorta chickened out. I really like the art I’ve seen this artist do but I’m afraid if I go back he won’t take me seriously or think I’m a flake. I also had money problems which also delayed me getting this tattoo. Should I go to a new shop or go to the one I’ve already been to?
