What's the symptoms of a etopic pregnancy in the early weeks??

I had cramping & spotting 
I was also told your shoulder and arm would hurt I got there with my tube ruptured unfortunately so my symptoms were not as bad but some people have excruciating pain

What's making you worried about this? I didn't have an ectopic but I had a lot of one sided cramping and shoulder pain so I was concerned about this early on, but now I'm currently 38+2 with a healthy baby.

Though I am not very sure, as far as I know, there will be one sided cramps mostly
