20 days past ovulation no aunt flow

Any ladies here 20+ dpo with BFN urine test and still no AF?

Side note got blood work done almost 2 weeks ago and it was negative also. Still no AF

Symptoms have been cramping and lower back pain nausea every now and then but nothing extravagant!
