Heartburn and gas?

32wks and last couple of nights been having sharp pains upper abdomen pain, I suffer with severe heartburn and it feels like that cross a lot of gas? Anyone else?

I’m 32w and I’m having the same exact problem. I have really really bad heartburn. It’s hard to get through the day with it. It’s like I can’t breathe and none of the medicine I take works it’s absolutely horrible but it’s normal :(

In my first trimester I had crazy heartburn. It’s how I knew I was pregnant because I never have heartburn. Second trimester it was mild, if I had it at all. Then in my third trimester, the bigger baby got the worse my heartburn got. It was insane and the gas was bad too. My doctor said it was because my digestive track was all squished to make room for baby. I’m pretty sure I went through a whole bottle of Tums in my third trimester. They were the only way I could get relief to sleep at night.
