Yesterday I been in accident. From yesterday's I don't have a any pain but was so scared my blood pressure was 156. I call my nurse she told me if I dont have pain or bleeding that's mine I'm good nothing to be worry. Today I dont feel any nousea and I so scared:( Please tell me what I need to do.
