Missed Period on bc

I just finished my second month of bc and I missed my period. I took 2 pills late the week before and had sex with my boyfriend (he pulled out). I had every period symptom and felt like i was going to start anytime and didn’t. But I feel fine/normal now that I’ve started my 3rd pack. Should I be worried or is it just because I’ve just started taking the pill?
