Sleep

My biggest problem while pregnant is sleeping. I sometimes go to sleep at 8pm and wake up every night at 1am. Most times I can’t go to sleep til 8am the next morning and wake up at 12pm. Any suggestions because google is no help!!!

I’ve tried hot tea, sleeping in the dark, sleeping in cold air, showering before bed, lavender oil. I am helpless at this point. I even tried counting sheep 🤦🏻‍♀️. I get leg cramps for laying too long. I constantly get hungry every hour, and those hunger pains is no joke! Any suggestions ??
