Weird sensation and spotting

I’m 5+3 today and we vent to Italy a couple of days ago. I’ve been feeling good only with occasional nausea, but today I’ve been feeling very light headed. When I went to the restroom I had the tiniest amount of very light brown discharge. I haven’t had cramps, but minor tingling feelings in the uterine area. As I’m in Italy I can’t visit my doctor. Do any of you guys know how to respond?
