Buying baby things

Hi ladies! I'm 9w5d today and cannot WAIT to be able to start buying baby things 🥰 at what point in your pregnancy did you/are you buying things? Also, is it too early to buy a pregnancy pillow?? I haven't been sleeping well at night and thought I'd give it a shot.
