Implantation bleeding ?

Hey loves I know this is uncomfortable to see but is this implantation bleeding ? 
I’m 16DPO today with 3 days late of period 
With negative results on 14DPO 
I just came back from the lab to get lab drawn

Implantation bleeding is very rare. However, usually happens 12-14 AFTER conception, which is usually 12-36 hours after the egg is released. 
So perhaps you ovulated a little later than normal but you thought you ovulated 16 days ago.
This is old blood. Could be implantation bleeding OR just old blood coming along with af. 
I implanted at 17 dpo, I know that for a fact given that I was monitored the entire time, mine was medicated so not sure if that delayed it or the fact that there was 6 in total implanting. But they all implanted and my tests results showed around 17 dpo for the last baby.
