3 week period ONGOING

so, I’m on the depo. I’ve had it since March, and I got my second shot at the end of June, but since the 19th I’ve had my period and it hasn’t stopped, until today when I didnt bleed all day but now it’s come back. Does anyone know what I can do to stop it or get through it? It’s really getting me down at this point
