It hasn’t sunk in yet?

I’m almost 10 weeks pregnant and I still can’t get over excited. After three losses I’m unsure how to feel... I am so happy and thankful but like my brain tells me to pipe it down and have my guard up. Maybe once I’m out the first trimester I’ll be better

Yup! Daughter during IVF then 2 natural miscarriages. I was waiting for the ball to drop until yesterday. I’m 13 weeks, heard a strong heartbeat and got the genetic testing results back and everything was fine. I’m finally starting to believe that this is really happening.

I was on guard till 20 weeks because I lost a little one too. So it is normal and I still can't believe I have 10 weeks left.

Right there with you. I've had 3 miscarriages since Nov. I had a D&E for the last one and didn't get a period bc I ended up pregnant again.  I actually convinced myself that I had a miscarriage bc 2 weeks after my the positive hpt I had bleeding/spotting.  I finally called my doctors office bc I was still getting a positive hpt. Turns out I was still pregnant with a subchorionic bleed. Then a week after that I had pretty moderate bleeding and convinced myself again that I had a miscarriage. Nope,  baby is still fine my SCH just got bigger. I'm 9w5d but I'm probably going to still be cautiously optimistic until 16weeks or 20 weeks.

Totally with ya there. 
I’ve had two losses and I still haven’t really fully accepted that I’m pregnant with my third. I’ll be 12 weeks tomorrow and I’ve had two ultrasounds so far and my baby loved around a lot during the second and the heartbeat and everything is just fine but I’m still having a hard time being excited because I’m the back of my mind I just keep thinking “what if I lose this one too?”
