Has anyone ever had implantation cramps? If so, what were they like?

Mine were the most painful cramps I’ve ever had. I had two painful waves in a thirty minute window. That night, I had some light spotting, so I thought it was my period coming in with a vengeance, but it never showed up. Two days later, I took a pregnancy test and it was positive right away. Had an US at 7 weeks and saw the heartbeat, but miscarried at 10 weeks. I’ve had one cycle since my D&C and my husband and I are trying again.

It was the day my period was due (at the latest) I thought I was dying, they were so bad. 
I was cramping and spotting. my only other symptom was very high closed cervix. Then, BAM💥 BFP.
