Postpartum depression?

Hey! I had my first born on the 14 and I am now starting to realize that I am not sure who I am as a mom and how to figure out who I am now. Is this possibly postpartum depression? I love my son to death but having to constantly breast feed and he won’t take a bottle even with my breast milk so my boyfriend can’t help with the feeds is making me extremely overtired and sad. I don’t know what to do :/ any tips?

Maybe try a different bottle? If you're that tired you have to get him over the hatred of bottles for you're own sanity. 
As far as depression goes, take the assessment and see how you score. If its above a 10 call your local resources to get some help. If under 10, work on getting more naps and sleep during the day if  possible and make sure you're eating and drinking enough.
