Swollen eyes?

I was crying a lot last night because I don’t love myself and now i woke up with extremely puffy eyes. I just hope their not infected or something because this never happened before when I cried.

If they're a little swollen, it's pretty normal. I used to cry at night and wake up with puffy eyes, and I got asian eyes, so they disappear. 😂 But gurl. Please dont hate yourself and cry alone.. talk to someone! And if you dont have anyone, write in a book. It helped me a lot. I used to not love myself and I, after a long time, have come to love myself for all that you are! Because youre stuck with you for life. And if you dont learn to love yourself. You're gonna hate life. And you only have one of those! So! You gotta surround yourself with things you love. Or do things that make you happy. Start from there. And work your way up. Whether that's playing your favorite game every day just for a little pick me up. Or doing your makeup. Or painting. Start with those and do more every time you feel better. Go for a walk. Go pet some dogs. Get a cat. Who knows! But get yourself out of this hole and start building yourself up!

run a couple spoons under water and set them in the freezer for a few minutes, then rest them on your eyes until they aren’t cold anymore.. it will help♥️
