Worst period ever
So my period has lasted 3 more days than usual and it's still so heavy with clots and I'm in so much pain ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Tylenol & ibuprofen are just not helping. My lower back is in the worst pain. Any tips too help ease all of this?
