Pregnant and Working/Pregnancy Rights

I’m 18 and working in fast food. I’m over 7 weeks pregnant and I’ve shared small details with coworkers. 2 weeks ago I was hospitalized twice in 5 days. At this point I made sure to disclose my boss I was pregnant including the complications I was going through. He had told me to just deal with all the issues I’m having because every woman has different experiences with pregnancy and there’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to handle them. Before being hospitalized I wouldn’t be able to eat/drink ANYTHING, my vision would constantly get blurry, and I experienced fainting and rare convulsions. Both times I was hospitalized I had to leave work halfway through my shifts because I was physically unable to continue doing my normal work. I was diagnosed with an infection and hyperemesis gravidarum I had a doctors note for 3/4 days off which I used for Friday-Monday. Then after my second hospital visit on Tuesday I had another note for 3/4 days off which I used for Wednesday-Friday. After my second hospitalization I felt much better and had no restrictions to stop working; however my boss had scheduled me for 2 days instead of my regular 5 days for this week. My two weeks hospitalized really left me financially distressed and I’m currently stretching out $2 to last me until payday (5 hours.) My closest coworkers have informed me they overheard conversations between a manager and my boss. One regarded my manager (who is also pregnant) informing my boss that I was involving myself in dangerous behaviors such as drinking and smoking to induce a miscarriage. I’m 18 and I don’t deny engaging in this behavior BEFORE my pregnancy but since then I have done everything to keep my body healthier and now follow a bland diet. I find it repulsive they had this kind of conversation about my pregnancy when my personal plans for my baby is only my business. Another conversation was regarding my boss mentioning to the same manager he’s glad she’s “not acting” like I am during my pregnancy. He was referring to my days off specifically for a medical condition related to my pregnancy. I know there’s laws that protect me from employers restricting work when it is not necessary and also that entitle me to have time off for pregnancy related conditions. I’m thinking about having a talk with my boss regarding my concern with these conversations. Do you guys think I’m being emotional or deserve some privacy from these kinds of conversations regarding my pregnancy? Is there anything I can do to passively let my employer know there’s no reason to restrict the days I work? The fact that they’ve had these conversations about me and taken days off really upsets me and I’m considering just putting in a 2 weeks notice and finding a job I can peacefully enjoy my pregnancy without worrying about discrimination. Should I just suck it up?
