My lower abdomen hurts badly. It's different than period cramps and it's not on one side. I started feeling this way a day after I had sex. I've been in pain for four days. Other than that, my bowel movements are still regular. I've been urinating less, but I haven't been drinking as much water. I know I need to go to the doctor, but I don't be able to until Saturday. We wore a condom and I did urinate and shower after sex so maybe it's not a UTI. Any thoughts?
