guys I lost my birth control pill for today... what do I do helppppp I’m on the second week of the pill pack

Take the next one. Finish the pack a day early.

Take the next one. This means u will finish ur active pills a day early, which compromises ur protection... so, after the last active pill u will need to start a new pack immediately instead of having a placebo/break/“period” week. OR, don’t start a new pack & either use condoms or abstain from then until u have been on ur new back for a full 7 days.
