My daughters have two different things going on when they are on their moon. My 16 year old just sleeps and eats. But my 17 year old is crying her eyes out and doesn't know why. She has super painful cramps and heavy flow. She is also overweight due to hormonal issues, her real mom has thyroid issues. I take maca to help regulate my menses. Is there any supplement that she can take at her age? She is afraid they will put her on birth control and she is not sexually active she is a virgin. What can I do to help her?
