Bloodpressure 130/105 pulse 130

Sarah

I'm 33 weeks I was diagnosed with preeclampsia at 28 weeks. then at my last visit my doctor kinda unofficially changed my diagnosis to chronic hypertension with superimposed preeclampsia since my protien levels are really low and tests come back trace or negative with my visits.

I was eating lunch with my hubby and then we decided to pick up a few things at the grocery on our way home. right after lunch I felt like my heart was racing. I didnt have a BP monitor with me so I used my fitness watch to check my pulse and it was 122. after we were walking around the store for a while I felt like my eyes were sweating and I was really hot it's also 86F outside today where I'm at. we got home and i started noticing a kinda blurriness to my vision. I checked my BP its 130/105 and pulse is 129.

I'm trying to cool off and check it again in a bit.

I have a nonstress test and an ultrasound tomorrow. should I call my doc if my BP doesnt go back down some or should I just wait til my appointment tomorrow to talk to them. I had a BP reading of 160/95 yesterday morning but by the time I got into L&D for monitoring it was all fine and all the readings while I was there were fine as well. I dont wanna go drive 45 mins for nothing and spend 4 hours there again to be sent home.  what would you all do?

also I am on BP meds. Aldomet 250mg twice a day.
