1cm dilated
1cm dilated, but baby won't engage. I'm 38 weeks, and a couple days.
I have no idea how to make her drop, I've been doing squats, lots of them. Been making excuses to do them at work too.
But she doesn't seem to budge.
Any other things I could possibly do?
