Help?
I’m 15 years old and I weigh 130 pounds. I’m a very active person and I do a lot of sports but I’m short for my age so I have a little tummy fat. It’s not much but I’m just wondering if y’all think 130 is over weight for a 15 year old who is 5”2. I eat a lot of food and get constipated easily so I’m worried about my stomach. Everyone tells me I’m a good weight so is it all in my head?? When my mom was my age she was only 110 so I just feel like maybe should I get my weight down to 120?
