Insecurity about trying Yoga

So first off I’m not skinny and I’m aware of that. I been going to the gym daily (or almost daily) and been working out. I got a fit bit and been tracking my steps and all that good stuff. I also been controlling my food portions and been trying.

I have lost some weight and I’m still on this journey to get to my ideal weight!

I wanna try yoga. I just moved to a new state and wanna try new things and yoga one of them.

I’m very insecure because yoga is usually very fit and skinny girls doing it.

I’m very scared and nervous to try it because i don’t wanna be judge.

Anyone have tips?
