Hemorrhoids ?!

Has anyone else started getting hemorrhoids ?? I’m 28 weeks and wondering what I can do to make them go away... anything safe during pregnancy ???

Time💓I highly recommend using hemorrhoid wipes. They’re cooling and nice.

I’ve been dealing with them for years since before getting pregnant. Unfortunately they don’t really go away, but you can prevent them from getting worse and bring the swelling down. I take a daily probiotic. Drink plenty of water. Don’t strain too hard when going poo. I use a step stool to be in squatty position. Epsom salt and baking soda baths can help with different and bring swelling down. I’ll add some lavender essential oil as well. There’s other oils that help too - just gave to look them up :) witch hazel/ tucks pads. Over the counter/ or prescription creams. You can wrap ice in a cloth and ice the area. I also have it in my birth plan for my midwife to put a warm compress on them while I’m pushing- so they don’t get worse.
