So here’s a list of chores I’ve done (37+2 weeks) after working all day, since I’ve been home.

Me:

Loaded and unloaded the dishwasher

Took the garage and recycling outside

Made my daughter dinner

Folded 2 loads of laundry

Husband:

Opened himself a beer

Grilled himself a burger

We both work full time and he’s been saying oh I’ll do the chores at night once our daughter goes to sleep, well he then proceeds to fall asleep on the couch and the chores pile up until I do them and there is at least 2 days of work.

So done and so over his laziness. I ask him to help and he keeps saying he’ll do it at night but like I said he fall asleep and then it piles up. I can’t let it go because we would literally have piles of dishes and laundry everywhere if I didn’t.

I don’t need this stress while I’m pregnant or in general! We both work full time so I’m exhausted most evenings too!

Just need to rant sometimes, I know in my heart things will never change.
