I had a medical procedure done maybe 6-9 years ago. It was in another state, and I moved so much that I can’t remember what doctor/office did it.

However it would be very helpful to have those records going forward.

Any ideas how to figure out where I got it done? I was on NY Medicaid at the time. Do you think it would be worth a shot to try to call them to see if they have a record of which doctors they paid money to during those few years I lived in NY?

Or any other ideas?
