19yrs pregnant w/ iud and my boyfriend cheated on me so we’re not together

So the title says everything

Yesterday I went to the doctors to see if I had yeast infection or not pregnancy was never on my mind so when my doctor told me I was I was speechless

I always say to my best friend that I can’t wait to be a mother but I didn’t mean like this I’m 19 single and I’m living in a different state than my family so I had to go to the ER all by myself yesterday I was there for 9 hours they were trying to locate my iud but they couldn’t find it after that they sent me home with another appointment next week

I haven’t told anyone yet I’m all alone up here I’m a broke college student I can’t afford for a baby or for an abortion 😞
