So confused!! How?

So according to my scan today I'm 5w4d. How? That means that I got this at 7dpo

This at 9dpo

This at 10dpo

And this at 14dpo

Plus today at apparently 5w4d my HCG is 19,364.
I had an ultrasound and didnt see a heartbeat yet and they saw the gestational sac, yolk sac, and they only saw 1 fetal pole.
Is this normal at all?

Yeah mine was worse in my last pregnancy got put back a week making my first test at 4dpo lmao. Its baffling right

Normal. At 7w my hcg was over 200,000 (singleton). The "average" range is pretty vast.
