i say yes, because that way you’ll be more comfortable with them and you’ll be able to tell them if something hurts or something. i also say no, because honestly i feel no attachment to who i lost my virginity to and i know other people who feel the same way. so if you’re nervous that you’ll lose it to some douche bag, sometimes you won’t even feel a type of way towards them anyway, if that makes sense.

in my opinion, it’s based on your views and preferences regarding sex and your virginity. to me, i didn’t really care but it was with a super close friend of mine at the time that i trusted and was comfortable with. it’s gursnteed that the first time will be the hardest time & most likely won’t be enjoyable, and it probably won’t be the last partner you ever have in life. there’s no rush !! 💖
